After collapse. Life regenerates.

Eight domains of relationship
Within yourself. With others.
With what's beyond you.
After collapse — of an identity, a faith, a relationship, a career — you can feel lost, disoriented.
I walk with you back to trust — in yourself, and in life.

Everything is
relationship

Your life is a landscape. After collapse — of an identity, a faith, a relationship, a career — you can feel lost, disoriented. I support you in the reorientation. There are 8 domains of relationship within this landscape — within yourself, with others, and with what's beyond you — each one asking to be tended, nourished and nurtured back to trust. Nothing here regenerates alone.

Everything is connected

in relationship with all things

Everything can regenerate with care.

And you are never done — that's the good news. There is no graduation from being alive. Life moves in circles: growth, decomposition, regeneration. What dies gives the soil what it needs to grow again.

The doorways

The practices are not the work.
They are doorways.

Each one opens onto the same territory: the place where what hurts can decompose, and what wants to live can take root.

Soul nourishment
I discovered inner nourishment through creating — through voice in all its mediums: the written word, the spoken word, the sung word — and through presence and stillness.

That's the nourishment I offer. For the outer garden — food, soil, land — I've lived my way into regenerative eating and permaculture, enough to know how deep those wells go and who holds them best. Soul nourishment is mine to give. The rest, I curate.
