I spent years as a shadow artist, building other people's brands and stories. My body asked for healing and led me into regenerative living. My gardens were burned, flooded, eaten, and built on land that was never mine — and everything grew again.
Hundreds of poems, written for no one, slowly organised themselves around two questions: belonging and identity. Writing my way through them, I became my own answer.
Aloha means presence — being present with the breath of life. It is the name I live and work under, and the promise underneath everything I offer: to meet you, truly, in presence.
I create and facilitate presence-based, integrative experiences that support people in reconnecting with themselves and their inner lives. My work invites slowing down, listening inward, and meeting experience as it is — without pressure to fix, perform, or optimise.
I don't facilitate methods. I facilitate experiences. I don't fix you — I accompany you. I don't teach you what to think — I stay with you as you explore your inner landscape. I meet you in the aftermath, not the emergency. It's done burning. I'm here for what comes after.
Poetry is used not as performance, but as an integrative tool — helping experience land, clarify, and become lived wisdom.
A pathway. A door. An experience — each opens onto a different kind of nourishment.
